Help Please!!

I went to bed last night and woke up maybe an hour later and my entire body had this strange tingling sensation while my head almost felt like it was being crushed, and for about 5 minutes i couldn't even move. I really don't know what was happening and I was wondering if anybody might have an idea. Thanks in advance.
