what is meditation

Meditation is simply clearing the mind and focusing.note scientificly there are more than three depths,of meditation but you will only need to condition yourself for three depths these are lite,normal and deep, light meditation is clearing your mind for a short period of time its just a deep state of relaxation essentially , normal mediation is when you deepen your state when further and maintain it for a longer period of time it is more difficult as by maintaining it longer you get itching and buzzing sensations and you must learn to ignore these for they will knock you out of the meditative state. now deep meditation is almost sleep like actually it is like sleep without dreams and with awareness, now with all that said i will now write down three Technics i use. now your probably asking what this has to do with magick its quite simple to ever hope to control energy and your will you must first master your mind for visualizing a stray thought can mess you up.

chakaras

chakaras are energy centers running down the front of the body there are seven of them they serve various functions and control various functions they reguralate the flow of internal energy and directly effects your control over external energy i will list the various chakras and there positions and functions now


the crown chakara
located a few inches above the crown of the head
i visualize it as a grayish color
this is the point which is most appropriate for channeling energy into your chakras since it is linked to many things some say the divine but i say thats bs i think it has a tendency to absorb energy from higher sources such as the universe it is a important chakara just for that purpose alone


the brow chakra(aka the third eye)

located in obvious place
i visualize it as purple
this is the chakara which controls intuition and mentality or rather expresses them the most this chakara is good for projecting energy and if you charge it properly and open it can incress perception


the throat chakra
once again located in obvious place
color is blueish
this chakara is used for communication and projections of influence


the heart chakra
located in obvious place
color green
this is the best chakra for projecting emotions it is also a good point of adsorbtion
this in my opinion is also a good entry point for stealing the energy of others

the navel chakara
location obvious
color yellow
my least worked with chakara it regulates energy flow and serves other purposes i have yet to discover lol

the sacral chakra
location .... please use google for this chakra or pm me on it :p
color i visulize as red

umm open this chakara trust me you will need it open and charged for later lessions

the root chakra
located at the base of the body
controls perception of reality,best point for the release of excess energy ver very important and usefull point


now let me list 3 methouds on how to enter various meditative states


he technic for light meditation

(preparation)

step 1. take a hot shower (helps you to relax)

step 2. find a nice conferrable place to meditate

step 3.light up a candle place it in front of you

step 4.sit down in a conferrable position

(the technic)
sitting down focus on the flame of the candle clear your mind of all other thoughts just put the candle in your mind mow deepen your breathing focus only on the flame and close your eyes and keep the flame in your mind allow it to consume all other thoughts once it is the only thought it your head make the mental screen go blank slow your breathing maintain this state for 15 minutes and you got it












the technic for normal meditation

(preparation)
step 1.take a shower
step 2.eat and drink something(so thirst or hunger will not distruve you)
step 3.find a place that is slightly conferrable to lay down (i use the floor)
step 4.cut off the lights


(the technic)
lay down on the surface of your choice now slow your breathing and focus on a single memory focus on it a few moments all the while imagine your heart rate slowing and allow you physical awareness dropping and deepen but slow your breathing once you have managed to slow everything down slow down the speed of the memory till it is frozen as a single image and allow it to fade away now maintain this state for at least 30 minutes and you have done it .





the technic for deep meditation

(preparation)
1.get ready and go to bed early
2.eat and drink something b4 going to bed
3.have some extra pillows
4.use the b room b4 going to bed(trust me)


lay down and go into a normal mediational state but hold your arm up (supported by the extra pillows)now relax and and let your mind slip as you do so focus on your arm and its slight elevation let stay aware of it and let it help keep you aware the goal of this exercise is to get to the point between sleep and normal meditation once all is gone but you are aware of yourself you've done it (note be perpaired to fall asleep)


now how to open and link the various chakras its simple

enter a light meditation when the mind goes blank visualize your chakras spinning and opening as though a flower would. you will feel it when you have done it right

to link them then visulize a bright light connecting them and thats all there is to it

a few notes on meditation it helps to focus on your breathing
it should feel weird but natural
it is not as hard as it a appears and there are many methods
