Weird Dreams

Hello everyone.

I've been having a weird dream. A scary one. Well, in fact, I don't know if it's really a dream, 'cuz it happens when I'm sleeping. The discription comes below:

It starts with a noise, a loud noise in my ears. It's weird, sounds like a strong wind blowing directly in my ears. It's like I was in a car moving too fast and I put my head outside.

My body goes cold. I can't feel my bed or my quilt wrapped around me. I can see my bedroom, though I have my eyes closed. I start shaking, but only me (my vision), not my body.

But everytime when it heppens I get scared. I force my eyes to open, and when they do, my body is usually sweaty, and it takes a while for me to feel my arms and legs again (seconds).

I could think it's only a nightmare, but:
1º - I am concient I'm "dreaming".
2º - I can "see" my bedroom.
and 3º - I have these dreams (the same) every once in a while. (like twice a week)

Everytime it happens, I wonder if I should give in and "go with the flow" to see what happens. I have a theory, though I'm not sure I'm right.

I think, it's possible, that I'm having a concient astral travel. But it gets darker when I give in. I feel like something is wrapping around me (I guess lol). Should I give in? Do you know what does that mean? Or is it just normal...?
