i would like to learn how to teleport not prevent could any one teach me how to teleport plz..

I do not posses the ability or the knowledge to teleport my own physical self. I have heard rummors of such things but have never actually seen it performed.
However there are spells and rituals that let ones mind and astral self to leave their body and travel outside or even inside the subconciouse of another. But just remember that while you are away from your body it is to be protected. After all most possesion accure during such rituals. Your body is left as an empty shell and basicaly you left the front door wide open for entry.
Simple travel to the astral plains is a safe fairway, but I still recommend casting protection circles and the use of charms and tailsmen.

i have just discovered a way that may work in teleportation.
make sure you are seated comfortedly on a seat, legs lazily outstretched, close your eyes, lay your hands out beside yourself, and make sure there is no tension in your body at all. will to the gods above and the spirits present(preferebly in your mind so your family doesnt hear you) to give you the power to teleport to a location that you see in your mind. i tried this and felt a vortex, like i was spinning, and dont worry about some twitching on your eyelids and fingers but if it gets too uncomfortable, pull out by opening your eyes again. i havent succeeded but i will try and try again.
