Alomancy

Alomancy is another method of divination by using salt.

How is it done:
interpreting random patterns formed by the sprinkling of salt, usually over a flat surface, such as a table.

Why is Salt so important:
In many parts of the world salt was once believed to have magical properties.also salt is used for many things such as rituals of purification, magical protection, and blessing.
