Astro Fight?

What is the astro fight that i've been hearing about? i'm really interested, but reading other forums, there has to be partners. i have no partner though. I'm just starting with magic, so my magic isn't very reliable. But i'm in karate and i have a weapon called a bow (not a bow and arrow) and if anyone has any advice or wants to be my partner, message me please! I also need to know when it is, and how to get to the astro fight. trust me, you wont regret being my partner.

The astral is world of spirit.

It is unlimited sphere of khaos.

We get there by meditation and astral projection.

Its basicly place of souls,energy and "higher plane"

There we also fight.

advice: i think thunderfist and bluewolf started it, and i would ask for you as my partner, but i perfer to work alone

what are some thing to do to meditate?

for one you could find a calming place like a bedroom, close the door, play some soothing music, sit in lotus position (or lay down, it doesnt matter) close your eyes and breathe normally until u r meditating i havent done it in a while but i no it works
