People make their own wands. Either from first asking the tree's spirit before taking a branch, or from finding one on the ground.
I'm not 100% sure as I do not use a wand.

I've been to many MANY occult stores and I don't recall ever seeing a wand for sale.

They do sale wands.. but the prices are outrageous..-_- some people prefer to use their fingers...
