bind things into objects

I was wondering if theres a spell to input spells into objects like rings, jewels, or necklaces, or make a spell to input a special power into a object that if warn you will gain a certian command power under a certian command.

Yes there is. This type of Magick is called talisman/sigil or sigul magick. Look it up. Besides, the best spells are the ones you write yourself.

Talisman magic is one of the oldest forms of magic (along with poppet magic). If you google it, you'll find a TON of information.
