Islam does forbid witchcraft on pain of death. There are some traditions of practical application of the Koran and its teachings that we may call magic. This is why it is important to know that magic and witchcraft are not the same thing. Witchcraft is a form of magic, but not all magic is witchcraft.

Well....

I hope you can find someone who happens to also practice witchcraft but also believes in Islam, because I highly doubt there is any mainstream or readily available information. Maybe you will meet someone who does? What a cool mystery and discovery that would be!

Wasn't there a scripture that forbid all forms of divination? Be careful. If you are caught in the middle, you would need a good cover up story or a good lie. Maybe you can have a secret room with a lock, or hide in plain sight.

Blessed be, I hope you find what you're looking for! x

I have studied Islam for a while. Islam does ban "witch craft" but there is a mystic side. yes it can be called "sufi" but there is more to it. muslims believes in jinn.jinn are just spirits or demons. before the time of Muhammad, paganism was huge and some even summoned jinn and used them for help. pretty much everything we do today. islam bans that which means that... to be able to ban, it makes it true... so i can infer that you, maybe, be able to do witchcraft. that is all i got. many blessings. peace.

Becoming Muslim is not easy path as it need a lot of patience and sacrificing things for the sake of God. If you become muslim then I would like to point out one thing. Practicing witchcraft is forbidden for you because it said that you won't have any share after life but that doesn't mean you can't do what you want now because you can still learn about witchcraft or other areas of magick but only for the purpose of being aware of it ( to save yourself from harm) so you shouldn't have the intension to teach others to use magick on others for curse.

Personally what I think about Islam is that the religion is really peaceful ( I am not saying others religious is not) but this religion tend to enlightens people's heart really quick and is really spiritual religion. So good luck for what you decide and if you ever need more information then shot me with a message :)

Bless be

There is witchcraft that's being practiced today in Iran at least! It has Islamic twists ! I'm new to the concept of magic as something that can be practiced by everyone! But I have seen people using magic and the results even ( the power used to scare me as a child)
These days I'm going through the forums and spells and what's fascinating is that the actions and rituals are very similar!!
