Fear from the night...

I have the same thing except that I am scared that someone is going to kill me because my room is haunted and it always bothers me.

I don't know whether I would swap you or not it's a bit of a toss up.

well if you learn to live with the fear. and maybe just accept it, you might be able to sleep better... I used to have some major phobias... But Now I've just accepted that sooner or later I'm gunna die and I got over it all.

I would trade my room in a heartbeat lol I don't have the fear of dying if its natural but I don't want someone to kill me.

oh... well then thats different...

if you fear something it well stay by you forever. yes you can sometimes pass this fear. but no matter how much you pass it, it well still be with you. you well still have a small fear or a great fear of it...

That's why mines is so weird see it's when I'm alone in the night not when someone is staying with me though and not at all during the day light. I used to right fan fictions when I had the fear as a child. Unfortunately that doesn't work anymore.

It could be the subconsious thought that you could be killed without notice because it's dark and your vision is impaired. I used to be scared of the dark, not because of the dark itself(as I have always adored nite time) but because of what I couldn't see in the dark. I don't know what happened but I'm not scared of going into a dark room anymore. Just the only way I can think of that death and the dark relate lol
