Shadows have been spotted

Trav apprently, one of the locals beleived that it was a spirit of someone who was murdered long ago.

And I assure that this is most likely not special-effected. And yes I know it's hard to see... Theres a news artical on this though, you can google it.

I think he purposely wanted to be seen. In my opinion.
