Eye changing spells?

i think ive got like 12 of those eyechanging colour spells
i havn't done any of them i just like the little coloection
any way ummm almost all of them say you should filll your mind with that colour which is a form of meditation. Just relax and make sure your focusing on ur desire.
and biokinesis is not a good choice. biokinesis needs a hell of alot more meditation then this little eyecolouyr thing needs. It would take years to learn while meditation is more of a personal custom thing which effects actually happen faster then you think.
