very nice azil, i could already do this to an extent, but mostely only works wiv thos atuned to spiritual energys, a normal person i cant sence very well just yet, but im workin on it

I have a question for Azil. For your definition of Ar-Kreo you say that you use martial arts and magick. Is there a certain martial art or a specific type I should use?

It could work with any but Ar-Kreo is in itself its own style

So you will be teaching us techniques? That sounds cool.
But anyways the OBE exercise you mentioned, can we get harmed while doing it?

with this method? not likely, but to make sure, use the tech in lsn1 to send a pulse of gnergy thru the ground to see wots behind the corner, like a radar

If you go to far, and your body doesnt rip you back, you do run the risk of being possessed

I dont know if i did it right because i could see myself from behind but when i was moving around i couldnt see my feet moving it felt like i was just energy or something

I tried this and it kind of worked, I used it after I finished a test on Friday and I kinda felt sort of energy-ish...
