I would like to add to the above, that Alexander Fleming was awarded the Nobel Prize for Medicine, for his discovery. He was also knighted by King George VI.

Actually, Fleming "shared" the Nobel prize with two other Scientists who had worked on "refining" Penicillin into the medicine we know today.
We must always try to give "credit" where credit is due!
Oh, wow, I learned something about magic history! Not that my history teacher will want this as an answer, in the 'non-biased' school system, but at least now I know! Thanks for the great post, I'd love to find out more! XD
Thank you for this, it was very informative. Just another reminder that Wiccans and practitioners of the occult are considered to be "strange" and "delusional" even "childish"
Thanks again, and blessed be
Thanks you for posting this! It was nicely worded, blessed be )O(.

Thank you. all! The older members, like me, do try to teach. Or at least point in the right direction!
But it is so difficult to teach on-line. You would only be reading about magic. You have to "see" it to understand it.
Fleming had to "see" the effect on bacteria using a microscope.
