I am going too have disagree with you on this topic . Yes you can Summon a storm .You have too know what you are doing The more you put in too this the more things happen. ( It's like this say it's summer time it's really hot out side . You say too you're self or others I wish there was a breath. Next thing you know there's a breeze. Enchanttin, weather spells don't work. You can't change weather, just let weather be and do it's thing.
