All very useful information. Something I've already begun to practice, and find it helps. Some times you don't always need a spell per say I guess. Ive also heard of a book I think it is. Some type of literature called" secret in psalms". I forgot who its, by and haven't gotten to read it yet. Has anyone else heard of it? In fact I did read about psalms in a conjure site. Any sacred text is sacred for a reason. Whether it be for spell work or divination, or a source of complete knowledge to some cultures.
