remember to have the magick circle around you to not to attract demons or bad spirits, and remember to do some protecting ritual at the start and the end (example the LBRP ritual)
u wanna know why ur hands were shaken?? its coz of bioelectric. if the energy of the spirit u summoned is higher than urs then ur body tries to adjust with it. it can last for a while. try increasin ur energy in order to avoid this. i think i have helped u. good day!!
Careful with this though. Like said above, if you don't cast a circle or have protection, you may be in for a bit more than expected. My first time I got in contact with a young man from the United States. Me and some friends asked permission to summon him at a seance but...when we did, it was a very heavy and unwanted energy. We all knew he wasn't who he said he was. This guy was supposed to be a noble young man...but it lied. Spirits WILL lie to you if they want. Be careful of that and don't make my mistake. The entity's energy was so negative that a few of us were still shaking and had a horrible feeling in the pit of our stomachs half an hour later.
well the best way to counter this is by first building energy. also a well built body can withstand this. never try to summon a spirit who has more energy than u. also deamons!!

I have first hand experience, I lost a loved one (his soul, due to possesion) we were young and niave, they kept coming to us and doing bad things, not, not knowing at the time, we burnt the board hoping to stop it all, there is where our experiences stopped but I lost a loved one...

The Ouija Board is a mysterious object and I don’t know why it is labeled as a toy when it has been proven to possess malevolent vibes and conjure malevolent entities. I personally don’t know why anyone would do that if it was done on purpose. I have never had experience benevolent experiences with it nor have I read any stories. If you want to mess with it then do so at your own discretion with the stories of others in mind and a solid protection. These spirits are powerful and can fool you, they are clever.
i made one of these and nothing happened. im not even gonna try again, because on my first try, my brother walked into my room, say the board, and punched me in the face, shouting, "What the **** do you think you're doing?!!" he says that he had a near-death experience with an Ouija spirit once.
