I get what dominsky13 is trying to say, because our ancestors where murdered because off the RACIAL slur gypsy. Still today gypsy is used as some kind of defence against the racism against the Roma.

Really just goes with the clan. Some may take it others may not. Also not everyone is a Roma. 'Gypsy' are nomadic idealism. So from India to Africa and so forth everyone choose's a title for their pride.
