Starting local coven

Im from a VERY small town and there is absolutely NO Pagan or Wicca groups where I live I know there's locals that practice so my question is how do I go about starting a Pagan social club or try and start a coven? I want to start it out online get the word out then have face to face meeting. I am open to all suggestions and no I don't live in a extremely religious town or had extremely religious upbringing

Maybe see if the town has any type of community pages, like a lot of towns in the US have a facebook page where people from the town post about things happening in the community. You could make a post there to see if people would be interested than have something set up to handle a Q and A, "Are there age requirements to join" in the context of a pagan religion coven, What exactly are members expected to do? A monthly ritual? is there a fee to join so the coven has money to organize events? What is provided by you for the use of the ritual, do they need to bring any ritual items. How will you vet real witches vs people that really should not be there. Starting a coven can be a very enriching experience, plus group ritual are a great source of power as you could channel each other , plus the friendships.
