Taking over a Coven

I'm sure this has been asked before but is there a way to take over an inactive coven now? A few years back you couldn't do I was just wondering who do I contact to take over one of the inactive ones? I would love to try and get one of them more active as well make a Discord for that said coven.

Write up an e-mail about your qualifications and why you want to lead a coven and send it to the site Administrator, Petrarca at https://www.spellsofmagic.com/profile.html?profile=1 Take care in writing your application because if it is not accepted you will not get a second chance to apply
