Shamanic tools.

A small summary of tools used in personal practice.

A Personal Tradition.

Extraction Stone- A stone used for shamanic extraction. Usually a quartz, clear or with inclusions. I have an article here: https://www.spellsofmagic.com/coven_ritual.html?ritual=4333&coven=149 that explains a few techniques.

Pendulum- Used for dowsing lost or needed items. A way to serve the community, dowsing for water sources has been documented and used in the past to help the community find a most valuable source of life and healing.

Healing Stones- Used for small aches, healing stones are used to transfer pain. Usually there is one dark stone, and one lighter in shade.

Smudge Bundles- Used to cleanse and protect, these are made from local plants which are protective, often mugwort.

Bells- Used in protective ritual for cleansing.

Blessing Water- Used to bless and for cleansing.

Scrying Stone- A stone for clairvoyant scrying is used. Usually quartz, smoky being preferred, this is used to divine on the behalf of others.

Journey or Meditation Stone- A stone often held in meditation. This helps focus one and relieves anxiety. My personal stone for this is an apache tear.

This is a short summary and not an extensive list of tools used personally. Not all items personally used are listed here.

This is an interesting post. I have not used bells in practice, mostly due to my personal taste.

I find utilizing drums offers a deeper connection to the world around me. A way in which I am able to personally feel a deeper connection to the energies around me.

Thank you for sharing!
