It is called taking care of yourself. Eat right, don't drink, don't smoke, don't do "drugs", keep your mind active, meditate, and make sure you stay active with plenty of exercise.

There is a potion from Africa that is said to extend ones life it contains all sorts of wonderful ingreadients including gun powder, of course the shamans that know about such potions keep the recipie heavily guarded.

There would be some pretty negative side effects to immortality through the means of magick. Example since it goes against the Goddess it would be black magick, so therefore you would have to do a dark magickal ritual working with dark spirits and they would probably extend your life but at the same time do it so you can act out their biddings. A potion I suppose would have the same side-effects as well.
