um...

i feel like i'm maken a mistake talkin bout this...lately i see alot of shadows or figures or have a cold feeling on my back . i don't know if my mines messing with me or i'm goin insane, it's freekin me out which shouldn't but thats is cuz i don't understand. i sense ppls emotions a lot of times and it makes my back burn. it would really help me if someone has an explanation....plz

Don't worry you are not going crazy...work on sheilding. Create an enregy field around you through meditation and you third eye.

kts has a point. Make a shield, and work on blocking. It sounds like you are letting to much in at once, and that's what's causing the draw of the shadows too you.
