Coven broom closet

There is this one coven that catches my eye, and I also know it has innactive leadership. Anyways early this morning I was looking at coven's and reading some of the things they do, then I came upon this coven and saw it was only one number, and had one person who hadn't been here since 2012
Anyways, I applied to join the coven, however I am wandering, how long do you have to be on this site to apply to lead one of those covens? Blessed be,
