Fear from the night...

At night when I think of dying being in my coffin it terrifies me to the point I feel like I'm suffocating in my coffin. Then during the day like now I feel perfectly fine it doesn't bother me in the slightest. It only happens in the dark. Can some one please help me. I need to rid of it.

uh... well how about trying to not think about death, when it's night. And I'm not being sarcastic. This is a mental thing and what you need to do is get yourself off the topic.

Or i know this may sound really weird, but try and embrace that fear and in doing so break it away, fear is only an emotion, we control our emotions and let them effect us accordingly, not the othr way around. Something to meditate upon is-Why do you fear death? hope this helped in a way.

She is here I have tried ignoring it, it only floods back. I don't know if I can embrace I lose breath when I do so. It will take alot of work too. Thank you both.

I have the same thing except that I am scared that someone is going to kill me because my room is haunted and it always bothers me.

I don't know whether I would swap you or not it's a bit of a toss up.

well if you learn to live with the fear. and maybe just accept it, you might be able to sleep better... I used to have some major phobias... But Now I've just accepted that sooner or later I'm gunna die and I got over it all.

I would trade my room in a heartbeat lol I don't have the fear of dying if its natural but I don't want someone to kill me.
