So how do I fill out the application? And how do I talk to High Priestess Laka personally??

To fill out an application form to a coven you need to answer the questions enlisted at the main page of a coven. Then you should include the anwers when mailing the priest/ess for a coven application. To mail out the high priestess personally, go to her profile page and select the "Mail" tab. Remember to put a meaningful subject when mailing them.

If it helps, write down the questions and your answers on a piece of paper, then go to the priest or priestess' profile page and submit your application. You can even put your answers in paragraph form if you do it right. You also need to come up with a good, and interesting, subject for your mail. Something like 'coven' wouldn't work, but something like 'Here is My Application to join your Coven' might work.
