Stone clarity

I'm helping my friend with a money charm, and I have an emerald and ruby that I had bought awhile ago. Both gems were fairly cheap, but only because they are both cloudy, and the lady I bought it from said that if they were clear then they'd be around 1 to 2,000 $.

I was wondering if the clarity of the gems matter or if it is okay with just the fact that they are what they are? Like if using a more expensive stone will make a difference, although they are the same?

All stones have energy, They "vibrate", or rather,their atoms do.

Okay, I was just making sure, From both I had found very good energies.

Actualy cloudy should be bater, a cloud has meaning, ever individual form inside, so if you can interpret what they mean than you can use them for even mor effective spells, even know I haven't figured aot how that works, but sow I have been told
