problems

In my coven the leader and pretty much everyone else is not present. How can we have someone else take over the coven im sick of this but I really love the coven.

Lol my problem was same ..

Express your problem to the coven, and decide if it may be best to possibly have a sub-leader for when the leader can't be present, or ask the leader to step down due to absence and lack of commitment, this may motivate the leader into becoming more active again. If the leader agrees and decides to step down, then have the coven vote who they think the most suitable leader would be. If that person is willing to take the responsibilities as the new coven leader, then proceed with whatever ceremony your coven believes in, to initiate, anoint or name the new coven leader as leader.
This was what my coven did in a similar circumstance.
