does anyone know of a good courage spell to overcome fears?

One must overcome their own fears for magick may not help

The very best way to overcome fear is to face it! For this magick is not required.
What is it that you fear so badly you feel magick is the answer?

i have a fear of being around people and being myself i feel uncomfortable and self conscious.

i avoid conversations and when i do talk i dont know what to say because of this fear.

when i try talking something stops me self doubt.

That doesnt really sound as much like fear as self confidence and self esteem issues. I am not truly sure that the answer is courage as much a self assurance. Believe in yourself and the person that you know you are and you will find things will be much different. You are who you are and be proud of that. Stand tall and hold your head up and see how things will turn. Do not let others bring you down but rather lift them up. Know yourself and life will be GOOD!!!!!
