Yes, and it is also known as cilantro or chinese parsley. It's one of my favorite herbs and is constantly stocked in my refrigerator. It tastes great added to salads and topped on sandwiches. My daughter eats the leaves by themselves, she begs for a few stems and picks off the leaves to eat.
But if you're truly detoxing because you have metal toxicity (especially mercury), you need to use chlorella with it. Here is a good site that explains not only the effects and symptoms of metal toxicity but how it can get into your body and how to detoxify yourself by natural means.
There's an other herb that I heard of that you can by at any natural product store and it is used in India to cure most or all cancer and it's called Cucumba. now it may be spelled roung but ...
It's a plant that's from India it is crush in to a powerder.

Let's just hope that if it's tru that Our converment doesn't know about it... because it will be band like all other natural medicine that do realy help cure people.
A lot of people are cunfused with both names.
One is the seed and the other the plant.
And yes the roots are very good for you.
I've tried to replant the roots and with success the roots have growned into plants again.
Now I've red that the Chines use the seed for an actual powerful aphrodisiac... they put in to a drink..and food.
It activates the hormones on humans.
