Our Introduction:
Imperium Architecture & Enterprise is an architectural consultancy working out of Pakistan and exercising its expertise in the fields of planning, drafting, and approval-related works. Residential houses, commercial buildings, or industrial development-everywhere documentation has more importance over unnecessary frills which this firm specializes in.
Sawar Ahmad Khan, Associate Architect, and Architectural Draftsman founded the firm. After conducting various planning and submission projects, it was realized that the clients generally face delays and issues not because of the construction but because the drawings are not clear or they are not aligned with local rules. Imperium was created to solve that exact problem.
How We Work
We do not undertake architecture as an exercise in display. A drawing has to make sense long before it becomes impressive. If it does not meet bylaws and cannot be approved or creates confusion in construction, then it has not done its job.
Much of what we do relates to space planning, technical accuracy, and compliance with the by-laws of housing societies and local authority rules. The goal has to be practical so that work can proceed without unnecessary revisions or delays.
Founder & CEO
Sawar Ahmad Khan has been working as Associate Architect and Leading Imperium Architecture & Enterprise. He has hands-on dealing experience with approval processes, planning requirements, and housing society regulations in different areas of Pakistan.
He himself manages planning layouts, submission drawings, and client coordination. Focus stays the same from project to project: problems should be realized at the planning stage and solved at the planning stage not during construction.
