One thing that I can and I always use is Energy or Aura
I love to study about Reiki, Prana, Qigong and Crystals / Gemstones for healing,cleansing,protecting,and supporting others that need me..
Sometimes it's fun to use Prana to make yourself full of charisma! I often use it when I'm gonna perform a drama or presentations at school..
