Hi everyone.
I am old and new to the mystics. I was introduced to the way of the Druid when I was around 13 and thrived in the new found path that is until I proclaimed my faith in the mother and the goddess, not a good thing coming from a very Christian community. So I redirected my path to the study of the Bible and its many wonderful stories as well as history (old world or ancient history) for many years. Where I started to put more and more historical/bible events together and came up with the conclusion that the Bible is a history book of the Hebrew people. While extremely interesting it left me with a void that needed filling. I knew that there was a much higher entity than me weather it be God or the Gods. It wasn't until my second deployment to Iraq, and after a traumatic event that I was led back to the mother Goddess, Druidry, and to the All Father Oden after some 30 years.
Since then I have been studying the path of the Druid once again and like a long lost friend it has been filling that void that was created.
