#1 - Holding the Clocks Back
This is a way to slow down time for as long as you need it.

Look at your clock or clocks. Note the time, keep it in your head. Start doing what it is you need to accomplish. Focus on getting this task done by a specific time. Look at your clock or clocks often as you work. Keep in your head every glance what time the clocks say. Make sure you work a little faster then normal because the energy you put into the task will come out of the clocks. This is what will slow them down. When you are finished with your task take a deep breath and watch as time resets itself.
Here is an example: I need to do a task in 10 minutes that I usually need 15 minutes for. As I work on my task I think only about the time that it is (checking the clocks) and the time I need to be finished. Working a little faster then normal (not stressing) I keep seeing in my mind being done at the time I need to be finished.
When you have become good at shaving off small amounts of time like about 1/4 to 1/3 of the time, move on to cutting time in half. (Doing a 20 minute task in 10.)

#2 - Scrying Mirror
A simple spell to enchant your own scrying mirror to see into the past or future.
You may need:
a picture frame (any size)
black spray paint
dragon's blood ink
a quill or stick
a black candle
dragon's blood oil

As the paint dries, anoint and bless your candle with the oil.
When the paint is dry. Light the candle and write on the painted side of the glass with the ink:
Sands of time yet to fall
Let me see you, hear my call
Lost in time you won't stay
In this glass show me the way
Sands of time that have fell
Let me see you, come out the well
Lost in time you won't stay
In this mirror show me the way
As you write this is not important to be able to read it again. In fact it is better if you can not.
When the ink is dry. Take your projective finger and anoint the edges of the glass with oil. Place the glass back into the frame with the unpainted side facing out. This will be the side you scry into. When you are not using your mirror keep it in a bag or cover it with a piece of cloth.

This spell can slow down time. The spell will last for a day, or until the pentacle is erased.

Draw a Pentacle on your left hand using a blessed blue pen in right hand. Visualize a sand clock as you draw, with the sands falling slower, say:
"Core go round. Power be bound. Interrupt nature's course. Time slow down".

This spell can speed up time.

If the candles are blown out the spell worked, if it didn't repeat the same process again until it works.

A spell provided by blue dragon. Speeds up time for 24 hours.
You may need:

Draw a Pentacle on your left hand using a blessed red pen. Visualize a Hour Glass as you draw.
Now put your left hand on your forehead, or third eye, and say:
"Sand o time show me thy way
turn the nights into days,
rose petals so light and grace
speed up time now, in ths place."
The spell will last for 24 hours or until the pentacle is erased, naturally
or washed, so try not to get sweaty hands.

This spell is used to allow one to move or travel about relatively unnoticed. Care should of course be taken not to unnecessarily draw attention to ones self and thereby break the spell.

A small, smooth stone (The stone should be of minimal size so as to be easily carried on one’s person without toil.)
