Burn the sage around all doors and windows in your room or in the room that is experiencing paranormal activity. Then place sea salt or regular salt if no sea salt is available around your bed window seals doors and so forth while doing this chant:

"You are not welcome in this house of mine. Stay away from the loved ones I've cared for over time. So leave me now, leave me be. This place is mine so mote it be!"
