Pour the 2 cups of water in the bottom pot of the double broiler
and put on a meduim heat. In the top pot of the double broiler
ass the potpourri and the vegetable oil. (Make sure the oil covers the potpourri.) Once the water is boiling in the bottom half of the double broiler. Place the top pot on it and cover with lid. Keep the lid on the the oil and stir occasionally with a wooden spoon and bring the oil to a simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the oil to make sure it does not get to hot. (If it should not smoke or bubble, it can burn easily and will develope a acrid smell if it overheats.) Once the oil has simmered for 30 minutes, pull the pot off the heat and let cool to a room tempature before you strain (If you try to drain it hot you will get burned). Once the oil has cooled off where you can handle it, place coffee filters/paper towels in a straining position around the bowl and slowly pour the oil to strain the potpourri from the oil (You may have to strain it twice.) Once you have the oil seperated from the potpourri, pour the oil in the jar or ceramic container to store for use.

Arrange in this order from left to right in a slight curve
with the center candles being farther then the end candles.
Black, blue, green, white, green, blue, black.
Place the incense in front of the white candle and place the skull behind the incense (If you have a white candle shaped as a skull, that works too).
Smudge your altar with the Sage and Sweet Grass.
Meditate in front of your altar as the smoke settles.
Light candles one color at a time(Start with black, end with white).
Place the stones in front of or around the skull and incense.
Chant:
''Cerberus, curator of silenti,

Meditate until you feel there are spirits around you.
Once you feel them near, chant:

pro iunctio mihi in meus nisus.''
And now proceed with your tasks.
Note: The stones you use should be kept with you as often as possible. The skull should be kept either on your altar or near your bed.

To ensure that all will be well when you meet someone, follow these simple instructions. From left to right, place the candles in this order; white, black, red, yellow, blue, black, white. Light them from left to right. Now light the incense. Place the stones in a circle in front of you, in whatever order feels right to you, and meditate. Visualize the face of the person you're going to meet, visualize it being happy. Visualize yourself meeting the person and everything going well. As your confidence about meeting the person grows, chant;
"Elen sila lumenn omentilmo."
Translation: A star shall shine on the hour of our meeting. Let the candles and incense burn out. You may continue chanting for as long as you wish, repeating that line as many times as you feel you need to. Once you are done make sure to carry the stones you used with you when you go to meet that person.

Smudge the altar, the candles, and yourself with the Sage. Place the Sage on the altar and let it burn out.
If you have the flats of your altar facing the four directions then put the four candles on the altar with blue in the North, red in the South, black just behind the blue, and white in front of the red. Purple should be placed in the middle.
If you have the corners of the altar facing the four directions then place black blue in the North, black in the East, red in the South, and white in the West. Still, purple should be placed in the middle.
Light them in this order regardless of arrangement; Black, Blue, Red, White, Purple.
Now chant the following;
''Nyx, great Goddess of the Night,
husband and lover to and of Erebus,
mother of Moros, Thanatos, Hypnos, Charon, Nemesis, and the Fates,
I ask you to accept my loyalty and my love
as your follower and servant.
I ask for your protection and guidance,
bringer of the night,

Re-light the Sage if it burnt out and light up the Sweet Grass. Use the Sweet Grass to smudge the altar, the candles, the rose petals, and yourself. Place the Sweet Grass next to the Sage and let it burn out as you visualize Nyx sending you her protection, wisdom, guidance, and blessing. Once the Sweet Grass and the Sage burn out again let the petals drop from your hands to the gaps between the candles and the herbs as you chant:
''I am [your name]. I am a Priest/Priestess for my Goddess, you, Nyx, if you will have me. This is my request and these are my words. May this spell not reverse, my faith never waver, my love never weaken. Please have me and bless me as your servant.''
If you have a dream that you feel was sent by Nyx in which you are her follower then this spell probably worked, but be warned, if you cast this spell and do not show your love and faith through your actions you will suffer from the Curse of Erebus. So act wisely and only cast if you truly have love and faith for the Goddess of the Night.
Make a salad of the listed ingredients, concentrating on the love you wish to share. Chant the spell incantation as you chop and slice the ingredients into bite sized pieces.

Mix all ingredients well, then place into the center of white cloth in a pile. Bring each corner up to the center one at a time, in a clockwise motion. when all corners are up and touching, there will be four folds sticking out. In a clockwise motion, bring the corners of these folds to the center as well. Take the purple cord or yarn and wrap it around the cloth 3 times, just above the high spot of the herbs. Tie three knots, and let the ends hang.

While you are performing the spell, carry some rosemary at all times.
Write the person's name on the piece of yellow paper. If you're not sure of the name of the person who's placing the curse on you, just write down the words ''enemy mine.''
Using the red pen, draw a figure of a doll shape around the name and then cut out the shape with your scissors. Lay the paper doll face down on the red cloth and sprinkle it with the paprika. Tie the red cotton around the middle of the paper doll and then wrap it up in the red cloth. Hold the wrapped doll in your hand tightly and repeat these words:

The best time to cast this spell is on the night of a full moon. As the night commences, wait until you can be alone or undisturbed in your home. Drape the scarf around your shoulders and repeat the following chant:
