Then stare at your light (can be already on)do this for about 20 seconds, make sure you feel a connection (aka you feel as though you can change/manipulate the light). First off, close your eyes. Put your right arm out, and imagine electricity or lighting somewhere in your left half of the body. Imagine it coming into your right hand or arm. You may feel sparks or tingling, which is good.
