Set the candles in the shape of a square and have your friend stand in the middle of it. Get the full dream from your friend, or what they can remember of it. Light the candles and say this incantation:

Put one candle in front or behind of you. then don't light the second one and put that one to your left. put the feather on the unlighted candle. Then say three times: "Dear wind grant my plea have me soar through the night and day for wings for them to look like my picture wind grant me to fly as high and long as a bird wind please hear my plea. so mote it be".
Light the second candle and make sure to burn the feather after you say the spell.
First light candle then light the jasmine and wave it around you and say this:

First off visuallizing is seeing and feeling images in your mind and putting them to use in the physical plane on which we live. Although it sounds complicated we really have done this at some point in time (daydreaming). Back on to the topic, focus on the air all around you realizing it is made up of 1 hydrogen atom and 2 oxygen atoms then focus on the slight breeze rolling in visuallize it coming from the ocean all the way to you notice how it is cool and refreshing but also hot and arid. At this point you should be in a deep trance-like state we call meditation. now while visuallizing and focusing call out to this gentle breeze saying the first things that come to mind. Then ask the breeze to do something for you that only air can do. When you ask this of the breeze feel around for any changes and if need-be open your eyes. But remember to keep that focus or you will lose the breeze and have to try again. Remember focus is key.

Sit somewhere quiet. Clear your mind. Look at the picture. Study it, then close your eyes. Now visualize the person in the picture. Then imagine yourself doing something with this person, this can be anything, like dancing with this person or even kissing them. Focus on this. It may take a while. You will know it worked when you can feel what this person is feeling.
You and your friend (or family member) will think of a place you know well what you will look like and think about this place while half asleep (even in sleep). Meditation before helps more by clearing the mind.
Fall asleep still thinking about where and what you'll look like and if your friend (or family member) does them same you'll meet in the dream. If it doesn't work try many more nights don't give up.
