Determine precisely what it is you want that someone to hear, or perhaps feel. Write down your wish on a piece of paper in a simple form. Make a dream pillow using a small square of fabric and a little batting. Throw in a pinch of lavender and rosemary. Put in the piece of paper last, then sew up the end. Put the dream pillow on your altar. Do an altar devotion to center yourself, then create sacred space. Center yourself, then hold your hands over the dream pillow and say the following:

First, draw around you a circle ringed with names of spirits. Then light the white candle and let it burn for a moment. Stand over the persons grave who you wish to call back. Chant the persons name as you light the red candle. Keep chanting until he/she comes forth. When he/she comes forth, call to them, ''The god of the dead, Mephistopheles, binds thee to me!'' It is now bound to you until you dismiss it. Start by lighting the black candle. Fold your hands as though in prayer. Will your personal energy out from you and into the form of a circle. Now say, "I feel no sorrow. I feel no pain. My emotions are my own, no one else controls them". Blow the candle out and focus on your own emotions.
First you must sit in a very dark room. In order for this to work you MUST have shadows and darkness all around you.
1.For about 15 to 20 minutes think about only darkness. This helps youre mind stay on track. When you think you have it down you may begin.
2.Sit in a meditative pose.
3.Close youre eyes and imagine you. Only you in a place where you can see you and black all around you. Imagine the darkness closing in on youre body. Make it look like it is consuming you whole. After youre whole body has been (Consumed) you may picture youre body but every detail of it black. Not even youre clothing or youre eyes.
4.Open youre eyes and get out of meditative pose.
