These are the steps one should take to craft, consecrate, claim, and charge a Termopolyan Stab.

CRAFTING
Whittle all the bark off the branch. Cut the branch so that it is roughly as long as you are tall. Cut equally from both ends. (Being lazy and doing steps 1 and 2 in the wrong order will not work!) Make an incision in the narrower end of the branch that matches the shape of the gem. Affix the gem to the branch inside the incision. Sand the branch to remove splinters and sharp edges. Cut designs into the branch, but not on the top or bottom. The design is up to you. Apply the weatherproofing spray on all sides of the branch, but not on the gem.
CONSECRATING
Bring the stab to the river or stream. Hold it above the water. Recite the following: "Cwestt Stab côssecro ha ti, lyi cwiti doni." (Prn: Quest stabv co-se'-cro (1st o nasal, e like a in ate, 2nd o long) a (a as in ah) tee, lyee quee'-tee do'-nee (o as in dough). Hold the stab in the water for at least five minutes.
CLAIMING
Carve your chosen Termopolyan name (sould not be related to your legal name) onto the bottom of the Stab while reciting, "Cwo clemo cwest stab" (Prn: Quo (o long) Cle'-mo (e like a in ate, o long) Quest Stabv).
CHARGING:
Bring your Stab to the river and hold it underwater while repeating "Acwi movindi cargi cwest" (Prn. A-quee (A as in ah) mo-been'-thee (o long, th as in this) car-gee (g hard) quest) for at least 5 minutes.
Note: Some authorities believe that stabi need to be recharged annually, others biannually. While any river or stream with a natural source will work, it is more effective to recharge in the same river as the first time.
This is a spell ment to make the bond between the owner and the cat stronger and to better understand your cat's wants and needs.

Cast a circle with both you and your cat in it. Next light the charcoal in the fireproof dish and sprinkle the catnip on it. sit down in the circle and pet your can as you focus on your goal of better understanding your cat and it's wants and needs. Do this for as long as you feel you have to. Repeat as needed.
This spell is preety basic, but takes practice and can have oppersite affects when working with the weather.

So you can be outside, or inside personally outside is better as you have more space and can sense more energy around you and have a clear view of the sky.
You need to look at the sky, when you feel dizzy from looking at the sky concentrate and stay focused close your eyes feel the energy around you and control it (it may hurt or feel wired at first but carry on). when you feel you have a grasp of it open your eyes and look directly at the sky and say (shouting is not nessesary) ' Tempestatis procella magna voco'.
The spell is done within a few hours give or take how much energy you use will depend on how long it lasts.

Sit on the floor.
Recite in a calm, quiet, clear voice the following: Di cwot mend sacís tutt pâsi mal'idehi mali*.
Remain seated, meditating for at least five minutes.
*Pronounciation:
Di: Dee
Cwot: Quoth (long o, th as in thin)
Mend: Menth (short e, th as in this)
Sacís: Sa-kees' (a as in father, s as in bliss)
Tutt: Toot
Pâsi: Pa'-zee (nasal a, sounds like ent in French -ment)
Mal': Mal (a as in at)

Take the pen and paper and make a list of all the things/people you want to protect or the people/things you need to be protected from.Take a look at the list and set it aside. Cut the ends of the lemon off. Then slice the lemon into 5 equal slices.Arrage the slices on the small plate in a circle, in a rough star shape. Place your list in the middle of that rough star shape. As you sprinkle the lemons with salt, completely cover them up (use plenty of salt) and repeat the fallowing charm:
"In this lovely ring of lemon rounds,
I place a list just for you,
No more anger will be found.
Sour feelings go to sour fruit,
Pay attention now,
Im giving you the boot.
Salt breaks up negativity and bad luck,
My love and energy sets this spell free.
By the power of three times three,
As I will it, so must it be".
Say three times. On the last verse, take your index finger and draw a counterclockwise spiral over the plate. Draw the spiral faster and faster, higher and higher until you fling the energy off your hand and back out to its sender. Brush your hands off three times three and announce: "The spell is sealed".
Make sure to think clearly of what you need protection from and the energy being sent back to its sender. Now leave the lemons undisturbed, they need to dry out completely, add more salt if needed. When they are dried out and shriveled up throw them away along with the list.
Point with your index finger at the thing making noise and chant: "Now take its voice make it mute. I don't want to hear it with his spute. Hate his or her voice, now its time to ease my mind with his voice muted at this time". Say this three times.
This technique/spell makes you warm- best to use it when you're freezing.

Chant this short and simple sentence:

Visualize a bright fire ignite in the middle of your body and then imagine it spreading like wild fire- make it cover your entire body. You should be a bit warm.
So here's a spell to turn into a cat! You will be able to shift back and forth when the spell is in full effect.

Light your candle, then fill the bowl with milk and put the fur in the milk. Say this aloud:
"Cats are cunning, cats are wise, cats will rise. Make me small, make me fast, turn me into a cat."
Then start licking the milk from the bowl, make sure you lick up the cat fur. Drink it until it's half full and all the fur is gone. This spell will take around a week, possibly more.
