Sit down in a room by yourself or with friends. Each put one of your favorite things in a spot and form a circle around it or if it is just you sit in front of it

If he agrees over time feed him snacks by placing food under the stand and sprinkle the ball with blessed water. Some other entities may move in and you may see bubbles developing in the ball these are new realms.
And others may live within. You may hear from gods and goddesses who will guide you on your spiritual path.
Cup your hands together, and then envision yourself drawing energy from the core of earth. Then feel the mana in your hands. Let it flow into your body and fuel you up. And there you go! You have mana!

First, make sure your crown chakra is open and at least 40% active.
1) Cast a circle
2) Meditate and clear your mind. Try to balance yourself between conscious and deep sleep.
3) Once you gain this balance, say ''As I step between the worlds, all may see my soul's wind twirl. Breaking at the veil's cold seal, and pressing into all that's real. Taking what I can let pass, make it so time leaves fast. I can feel Death's cold grasp, so keep me in Sleep's warm cast.''
You now walk between the two plains. It does however wear off. After you fall into deep sleep, you will need to re-cast to walk between plains again.

To do this spell you will have to cleanse the charm first.
Next leave the charm out so that it will be exposed to the moon light for ten seconds then place the charm into the water and chant "Charm absorb the energy of the water"
Let the charm hover over a flame then chant "Charm absorb the energy of the fire"
Hold the charm in the air and chant "Charm absorb the energy of the air"
Now dig a hole into the earth and bury the charm and put your hand over where you burried it and chant "Charm absorb the energy of the earth. So It Shall Be!"
