Write your full name (first, middle, last) on some paper, then put 1 drop of blood on it. ONLY USE YOUR OWN BLOOD! (dangerous) light the candle and put the paper in front if the door, placing the lit candle on top. open the door and blow out the candle, close the door then light it again. knock on the door 22 times and on the last knock it should be 12am. It has to be 12am or it wont work! The goal is to survive the night until the game ends at 3:33am. You need to turn off all light and walk around with matches, the candle and salt. The aim of the game is to avoid the midnight man at all costs.
Signs if him being near you:
Candle blowing out
Hearing faint whispers
Feeling colder
Seeing a black figure in the dark
After ANY of these occur IMMEDIATELY relight the candle within 10 seconds, if you dont sprinkle a circle of salt around you and stay in it until the game ends. Failure or these will cause you to be caught by the midnight man and he will sent you to sleep with hallucinations of your worst fear until you wake up in the morning. You will have bad dreams for at least a month if he finds you...
Main rules:
Never provoke the midnight man, he CAN kill you.
Dont stay in one spot, he WILL find you.
Only use YOUR blood on the paper.
Escape if your candle blows out and relight it.
Dont use ANY weapons as it will provoke the midnight man.
ONLY play if you know you have salt with you
If friends play they do the same thing with the paper.

Take your bowl or cup and set it in front of you. Touch the place where the Anahata chakra is (The Heart Chakra) and say this:

Touch your fingertips to the top of the water and imagine green energy going from your heart into the water. Take the water and water your plants with it.
This spell will help with courage. Many of us need a little boost of courage sometimes. Whether it be to present a project at work or school, or stand up to that one bully who will not leave you alone. Without courage boundaries are set up and built that restrict us from what we need and want to do. We will be using the elements Fire, Air, Earth, and Water.
The elements air and fire are very quick ways to nip something in the bud, as they eliminate things very quickly. So this spell will be perfect for something you need to happen more soon, than later.

Take your turquoise candle and carving utensil and carve a line threw the candle. Meaning, start at one point, wrap the line around the candle, and stop where you began. So it creates a ring around the candle. For each thing you wish to have courage for, place a notch on the ring while saying this:
A ring for boundaries, which hold me tight
A candle to burn threw them, with all its light
After you are done with the carving, keep muttering the words above, then take your piece of paper, and write your problem(s) down three times each. Fold it five times while thinking about the future of what will come with this courage. Take the folded piece of paper and light the corner then place it into your cauldron. Say this as you watch the flames:
A ring for boundaries, which hold me tight
A candle to burn threw them, with all its light,
Fire to watch courage burn threw,
Air to take it away and make it new,
Earth to let courage grow to me,
And water to take these restrictions out to sea,
As I will it, so mote it be!
Let the candle burn for three more minutes then take the ashes of your paper to the nearest pond, stream, lake, ect., and sprinkle them into it. Watch them flow away while thinking what the future will be like.
Next, take the wax of the candle that has been burned away and bury it. Either in the woods or in the yard will be just fine!
Protect your plant(s) and not only that but will also help them grow and prevent death.

Use your wand to draw a circle of protection around yourself. Visualize the rowan Ogham (a vertical lines with two horizontal lines pointed to the right), and chant its Ogham name softly (luis). Draw the Ogham in the air.
Recite the Druid's Breastplate:
I bind myself to these, the beauty of the Stars, the Sun's life-giving ray, the whiteness of the Moon, the flash of Lightning, the whirling Wind, the stable Earth, the deep salt Sea, the strength of Stones.
A spell to feel the energy of and maybe even dream of a deceased loved one. This is a pretty advanced spell due to how it requires intense energy and will maybe manipulate your emotions.

Preferably, cast a circle of purification in your own tradition. See 'Druid Protective Circle' for a possible way.
Light the candle and sit in a comfortable position. For as long as you see fit (usually 30-60 minutes for me), meditate on this loved one. Think of the fun times, the hard times, and remember them. Pay homage to their life and their accomplishments.
Hold the candle in your hands. Chant:
I feel the warmth of your body, the warmth of your soul. I hold you in my arms, my heart, and soul. Please join me, (insert name).
As you look at his/her picture, begin to feel the warmth of the candle envelop your hands. Feel the warmth climb up your arms, down your body, and cover your entire body. Sit, listen, and experience.
You will likely smell them, or feel their energy. It is also possible to hear them, see them, or dream of them.
