    First light the incense and meditate for as long as you want, then after the meditation pick up your symbolism and sweep it through the smoke of the incense. After this meditate again and soon new inspiration will come to you whether it's music, art or drama.

    First go outside into an open area and visualise a spirit you want to summon weather it's human or dragon or anything! After the visualisation chant:

    Spirits of air
    Spirits of fire
    Spirits of earth
    Spirits of water
    Gift me with my spirit!
    And create new energy!
    So more it be...


    After this meditate and try to communicate with your new spirit guide.
    Once you feel you have a connection with the spirit head back inside.
