Put the candle in the pentagram. Light the candle. Make sure it's night when you do this. Take some blood and say 1-5 times: with this blood offering I ask the demon (name of demon (male) or demoness ( female) I ask of you to came so mote it be. Take the blood and put the candle out with the drops.
You can summon a succubus or inccubus with this if you want.
Take the candle and light it. Put it on the pentagram. Then write on the sheet oh Lilith great goddess i ask of thee to send one of your daughters. Lay in your back then say: "Oh Lilith I ask of thee to send one of your daughters so mote it be". Then visualizize her being on you. Don't visualize her being under you. Then visiualize what you want her to look like. Then say so mote it be!
At night. Take the bowl fill it up with holy water. Light the candle place it in the middle of the pentagram. Say: I am light you are darkness you have no place here. Go back to where you belong in the name of the gods so mote it be! Put the candle out by pouring the holy water over the candle. Then clean up your materials and mess. You are done.

All four candles should be the same size/type so they burn out in about the same length of time. Before you start your ritual, get a compass or map, and see which directions are north, south, east and west on your altar or table.
Set up all 4 candles, each one to its proper direction with the book in the middle. It's not that important which way the book is sitting as long as the 4 candles are in the right corners. Allow a little space between the candles and your book, or you may end up with drips of candle wax on the cover.
Light each candle, and after each one, say the corresponding line:

Find a piece of paper and place your hand above it also dont have to it just well make distinguishing colors much more easier. Look at your hand and try not to focus or strain to much slightly look at it edges and slightly focus almost subconsciously

Write the persons full name and birthdate on the parchment. Put the paper in the cauldron. Burn the paper. While the paper burns say this:
"Gracious goddess, hear my plea,
