Mix the herbs if you want, then pour the milk into the bowl. Stir it and say:

"A magic mixture made of milk
Fluffy fur as soft as silk
Fangs and claws, ears and tail
May this potion never fail.
As sure as the moon rises at night,
As warm as the sun's morning light.
Bastet (replace with your deity if applicable), grant my greatest desire.
Spread my wish to the wind, passion burning like fire."

As you add the herbs, say:

"By the will of my spirit and the magic I hold
No longer shall my troubled soul
Yearn for a cat's tail and ears
As I cast this spell, I shed my fears.
Claws and fangs that reach out and contract
Ears and tail that grow and retract
From this potion, even the tiniest sip
The smallest droplet, the littlest drip
As long as they were willing, as long as they know
They will become a Neko."

Stir it until the herbs mix in. Chant:

"Neko ears and Neko tail.
Potion and spell to never fail.
If they are willing, if they know,
They will soon be a Neko."

When the spell is finished, store the potion. Keep the milk cold.

Spell:

"Forces of natures hear my plea

Write your wish on the paper and put it in the water, and say "I wish I wish I wish, (say your wish with detail) and make this happen." Leave the paper in the water. Sprinkle on some glitter if you like to boost the wish!

Wet a small patch of earth, or if all ready wet in the case of a puddle or a body of water that works as well. Earth near a tree or maybe a large group of trees is the disired area. With your bare hand dig a very small shallow hole, place the leaves in the small hole and cover it up.
Close your eyes and visualize the outcome you want to happen coming to be. Then say outloud:

"I return what was lost, In turn i demand a wish..." then say your wish.

1. Fill Bowls/Sink with water.

2. Carefully place all the petal in there without creases

3. Leave for a hour.

4. Take petals out and place on drying rack in a cool place until dry.

5. Light candle and place in center of room.

6. Sprinkle petals on floor next to walls.

7. As you sprinkle them, chant:

Earth, Water, Air and Fire,
I have taken parts of you to bless this (place you're blessing).
Give it luck for a thousand years,
Protect it from the harsh weather.
This is my wish,
So mote it be!

If you finish the spell before the rose petals, it's okay, repeat it until it's done.

8. Blow out candle and leave petals there for a day and a night.

9. Bury petals in shallow hole.

10. If you need more petals for your place, repeat steps one to nine.

Choose a symbol that feels like lucky to you.It may be a 4 leaved clover,or just the word "goodluck" in a language that you like. Be creative! Just choose what feels like lucky to you.

Draw it with the pen on one of your hands. I like to draw it on my palm,on that spot under the tumb finger.

Where you choose to draw it is important because as you do,you have to direct a small amount of your energy there and state in your mind the intention you have.

I choose that spot because I can easily send energy there.

Once written and given the energy,it shall bring you goodluck for as long as the writting still lasts. It fades away over time,but it can just be re-done when you feel like it.

Keep in mind that you can't force goodluck. If you use it continously for weeks I say luck is not likely to choose to stick to you forever.

Just do it when you feel like your goodluck needs a little push.

Snuff out the candle and thank the goddess.

Light the three black candles. Place the dirt into the jar along with nails, hair and image of person. Write on paper with your pen:

This persons time has come and they will feel fear, confusion and distaste in everything. Depression will consume and they will feel tired. Sadness will eat at their flesh. It shall happen at the end of the third day and the cemetery will carry out the dead.

Place the paper in the jar. Close the jar and chant over it 3 times

"Person will suffer and feel tormented."

At the end of the first day place the jar in an area thats dark and covered.
At the end of the third day remove the jar and pour it into the dirt at the cemetery.

* Too make this stronger you can look at the image of the person and focus on putting all the negative energy into it, stare at it and feel your blood start to boil.*
