Dip your hand in the water and rub it all over your legs.
Then say,
''Powers of water, wind, fire, and earth, I ask of thee
to come help me out.
I ask you do this, I ask you to change me
Into a mermaid, a fish tail I'll sprout
When I touch the water, when I will it so
Then that is when the tail will grow''
Then sit for a while picturing yourself as a mermaid.

Pour moon water in bowl.put the 7 candles around the bowl and light them. Mix the clover into the moonwater with wand while saying "sparkling water of the moon and night,mix in the luck by candle light." Place object in water and extinguish candles then say "enchant this (item) with luck of clover and water of moon,destroy the enchantment if wet in the afternoon". Then remove object and let it dry.

#1998 - Stop Bad Luck Charm Bag
Make or buy a small draw-string bag about 1-2 inches deep. Put in a pinch or two of each of the following:
- Angelica root
- African Ginger
- Fennel seed
- Holy thistle
- Clove
- Basil
Add a small citrine to the pouch and you have a powerful sachet. During the full moon, put the bag together, then consecrate and charge it. Make certain it is tied tightly. Keep it close to your heart.

#1999 - Sleep in Peace
These are hung by your bed to encourage a restful sleep and sweet dreams.
- 10 Cardamon pods
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 15 cloves
- 1/2oz peppermint
- 1/2 oz rosemary
- dried peel of 1 lemon
Light a white and pink candle, place them on your work area (kitchen table, counter top).
Crush the cloves, cardamon and salt to a fine powder. Blend with the herbs and put in bags.
As you are making the bags concentrate on peaceful memories and beautiful thoughts.
When you hang the bags by your bed say out loud:
"Sleep be with me Peaceful sleep Restful sleep
Let my mind be eased Let my body be calmed
Wings of darkness Let the sight of night and dream
be clear, be quiet Let my troubles drift away and let me dream"

#2000 - Meditation Practice Tips
Meditation really helps magick. So here are a few pointers.
- Clear mind- I know it is hard just try to shove all the thoughts in the back of your mind.
- Comfortable-Get in the most comfortable position/place.
- Eyes closed- With your eyes closed you want wonder off in thoughts.
- Practice- Practice always is perfect
