Place a black candle then red then a black and so on. Place the chalice in front of the candles and then place the four objects of death around the chalice. Now fill the chalice with water then drop the (victims object) in the water and chant: "Taweret I call on you god of deception and misery so true. Say the following before you make a wish: "A year has come. A year has passed. I'll make my birthday wish at last. Magic powers old and new, make my birthday wish come true!"
Write your wish on the piece of paper. Tear the paper into six pieces.. Light the candle(s). Open your door or window and place the candle(s) near you.
Holding the pieces of paper say, "Wish of mine, come true this time. Earth, from sea to shore grant this wish, I implore. This is my will, as I set it free, semper beatus, so mote it be."
Blow the pieces of your wish outside. Count to six and then blow out the candle(s)

Put 12 tablespoons of liquid body soap in your bottle. Put ONLY 1 teaspoon of your perfume (body spray, etc) in the bottle. Sprinkle 3 teaspoons of glitter in the bottle. Get into a shower or bath and chant:
"Wings oh so beautiful, I want more than anything to have wings. In 24 hours after this spell, I will have (the color of your glitter) wings. Gods and goddessess, hear me now,give me wings."
Chant while applying the potion to your back. Rinse well with water. Wash with this for 2 more days.

Set the ingredients in a square like so;
bottom right will hold the water in it you can place the speck(of hair for example)
top left will be the candle and you can light it
bottom left will be the plate of earth (sand if possible)in it will hold the thing that measures or represents time(if the plate holds sand then it is a 2 for one kind of deal)
in the last spot the top right will hold the jar of air. Keep in mind the person you wish to curse. and say thees words base on the gender of the person:
"From the time (he/she) wakes to meet sunlight;
until the time that sleep comes to take away (his/her) sight;
that's how long time will last;
till (he/she) wakes to meet the past;
until my will undoes this rhyme;
let only we remember this twist in time;
if by chance this link is broken;

Draw the dinosaur you want to be. Place the height and length. Color it in. Fold paper hamburger style. Write your info (Name, type of dino, scale color, eye color, behavior/personality, diet, etc.) Fold the paper hamburger style.
-Write and say at the same time, "Dinosaurs, dinosaurs, dinosaurs, I wish to be a dinosaur. I want to be a/an (name of dinosaur). My scale color shall be (color). And my eyes will be shining (color). God, grant me my wish to be, I wish to be a dinosaur. So Mote It Be." ("So Mote It Be" should be written as big as you can.)
Fold the paper hamburger style. Draw a pentagram. Fold it once more. Every night, for three nights, chant this first, "God, please let me be the dinosaur I wish to be. Then, chant, "Dinosaurs, dinosaurs, dinosaurs, I wish to be a dinosaur. I want to be a/an (name of dinosaur). My scale color shall be (color). And my eyes will be shining (color). God, grant me my wish to be, I wish to be a dinosaur. So Mote It Be."
Kiss the paper and put it under your pillow. As you fall asleep, dream of you being a dinosaur.
