Preface: I had a horrible falling out with my ex girlfriend, and I thought of her every single day. Everything reminded me of her somehow, and I found myself extremely depressed. However, I wrote this spell to do when I was feeling down, and it helped me to forgive myself rather quickly. This spell jar is small, but I found helps me when I need it.

Spell: This spell works best when performed under the new moon (see the ingredient meanings below).

• Place all of your crystals in front of you (if you choose to use crystals) at your altar/workstation.
• Light the candles* and sit in a chair/on your knees in front of your altar/workstation.
• Think about the event. It might be hard, but the best way to get over a hurdle is to jump over it.
• Meditate into the flame of the white candle. You can think about nothing or the event, but make sure you know your intent is clear: to forgive yourself.
• When you are ready, chant once:

Rhiannon, Cernunnos**, I hope you can hear my pleas.

I have forsaken myself and done something to somebody (something) that I cannot forgive myself for.

I know I was wrong, and I know I have wronged you.

Please help me overcome this obstacle in my life and settle this for not only myself, but the other person (people) involved*** in this situation.

• Pick up your small trinket and hold it in your hands. Meditate until you are ready.
• Chant once:

This object is one that brings back memories of the other person (people) involved.

It brings me great pain, but I bring it to you as my offering in hopes you will help me.

You are great to me. Thank you for accepting me, and thank you for helping me to resolve this.

So mote it be.

• Place your herbs and the item into the jar and tie your light blue ribbon around it.
• Place the jar on a shelf or somewhere it cannot be knocked down. Whenever you feel like you need to, hold the jar in your hands.

I recommend writing this spell in a journal if it worked for you, as well as any other spell you may do, as well as how well it worked for you. This is a great way not only to keep track of spells you can do in the future, but will also be a great learning experience. Ingredient Meanings:

• White Candle: Represents purity, spirituality, and peace. In some cultures it is the color of death and mourning. In this spell particularly, the white candle will represent peace.
• Pink Candle: Represents romantic love, affection, and friendship. In this spell, it stands for the romance/friendship you have lost or strained.
• Brown Candle: Used for feeling of self esteem.
• Royal Blue Candle: Promotes laughter, happiness and loyalty, use whenever an influence needs to be increased.
• Small Trinket That Reminds You of the Person/Thing You Hurt: Whenever you need the spell jar, this makes you face the situation.
• New Moon: The dark of the moon, when the moon is invisible, is the most affective for casting spells concerning New Beginnings, and the launch of new projects. It is generally a time for taking new paths and making fresh plans established on the basis of past experiences.
• Agate (Optional): Tones and strengthens both mind and body. Imparts a sense of strength and courage. Facilitates ability to discern truth and accept circumstances.
• Amazonite (Optional): A variety of feldspar. Soothes nervous system. Strengthens heart and physical body. Aids alignment of mental and etheric body. Brings joy and upliftment. Creative expression. Facilitates clearer vision of one's own harmful tendencies, making them easier to release.
• Green Calcite (Optional): In addition to generic attributes it is a great mental healer dissolving old programs and beliefs and restoring balance to the mind. Aids in letting go of the old and the transition from a stagnant to a positive situation.
• Light Blue Ribbon: Light blue is associated with magic related to healing, patience, and understanding. Tie this ribbon around the jar when done.
• Jar: Well, to put everything in. It's a spell jar.

When I finish my drink refill my drink.

1. Cleanse your jar with incense of choice.
2. Tie the golden thread around the neck of the jar.
3. Add the ingredients in order. 1.rose petals, 2.sugar, 3.salt, 4.sigil.
4. Charge with rose quartz, minimum of two hours, maximum of twenty-four.
5. Give to loved one of choice.

You may decide to put this jar together with three pink or white candles in a triangular pattern, this is optional. This spell jar is not a potion, do not ingest, simply give it as a gift to a loved one to strengthen your bonds.

Say

You're not gonna steal my girlfriend away
from me. She is my girlfriend and I keep her.
She is my girlfriend and I want to keep her.

^ Chant it 3 times.

Just before your date, go into your bathroom, or any room with a mirror. If
you have your borage, take three good whiffs of it now. Then look yourself
in the eye in the mirror and say:
" I call upon your forces three.
Let me see the worth of me.
Confidence is what I seek.
I am strong, I am not meek."
Say this three times in the mirror, and then go enjoy your date. If you feel
yourself start to loose confidence, say the charm again in a mirror, doesn't
matter if it is a big mirror or pocket sized mirror. You may want to practice
this a few times before your date as well, that way you are sure that it will
work well, and that you got it right.

Light the candle while doing the chant and place it on top of the bag, if needed, place a metal jar lid on top of the plastic bag then put your candle on that, allow the candle to go out on its own, pay attention to the smoke of the candle fire. If needed, snuff out the candle.

When the candle has burned all the way down and has gone out on its own you may bury the bag outside. If you choose not to bury it, you may place it in a safe place where it won't be bothered

Close the bag carefully while saying the following chant:

"I open myself up for a new friendship, allowing it to grow as long as it needs. I request in the God and Goddesses help in hand leading me to the right friendship for me. While this candle is their guiding light, I will be looking for their sight. This is my will, this is my plea, so mote it be"

First create an altar area for your spell that won't be disturbed while the spell is active. Create 3 rings of candles, with the white on the inside, then a ring of pink and the red candles on the outside. The exact size doesn't really matter. Light all 15 candles, one ring at a time, starting with the white ones.

Repeat the first part of the spell out loud:

By the power of Aphrodite,
I ask the Goddess to bless my ritual
To bring forth a true love
So mote it be

Then put on the lipstick (yes, even if you are a guy), and put a big lip print in the center of the cloth. Say:

By this kiss,
I bring power to this spell
To bring forth a true love
So mote it be

Set the seashell over the print, and wrap the cloth up over the shell to make a little bundle. Tie it up with the red yarn. Set the charm in the center of the inner candle circle. Now say:

By this shell,
I call the Goddess,
To bring forth a true love
So mote it be

Run your hands around each circle of candles, just above the flames, Again, start with the inner circle of white candles, and move outward. Set the dish in the circle, and add a berry or two (they represent the Goddess).

Leave all the candles to burn out naturally on their own (it doesn't matter which colors go out first). Leave everything in place until you meet someone new. Replace the strawberries with fresh ones everyday. If no new relationships reveal themselves, you should wait at least one full moon cycle to try this ritual again.

Lodestone can be hard to find, so you may have to check out the crystal displays at your local New Age or occult shops. An actual pendant would be nice, but it's not necessary.

Hold the stone in your hands, and rub a little rose and vanilla oil into it. Picture the stone drawing energy in to you, and bringing that special someone into your life. Tie the stone on to the thread to make a necklace of sorts. You can carry it in your pocket if you prefer, but having it around your neck makes a stronger spell.

Get out and spend some time in social groups, to give the stone a chance to draw that person to you.

Place the flower in a vase of water (you want it to live as long as possible for this attraction spell). Write the name of the person you want to attract on the little slip of paper and fold it up tightly. Tuck both the paper and the piece of rose quartz into the middle petals of the flower. Repeat the following:

Set this thought in his (or her) mind
Set this thought in his (or her) heart
Set this thought in his (or her) life
So that we will never part

Focus on that person and feel them being drawn to you. Leave the flower with its contents in a vase of water and let it stay until the blossom completely droops. Bury the flower, and save the paper and stone on your altar to continue the effect of the spell.
