First of all you need to cast a circle. Sit cross legged on the floor opposite each other on the inside of the circle with the equipment in between you.

First, make sure that today's weather (or whatever day you're doing this spell) is sunny. If it's raining, don't do it, or else you and your love will be in a lot of fights.
